    Emergency lighting

I agree with GranPrix on NOT using white lights to the rear! In many states, that is actually illegal if the vehicle is being operated. I run both Feniex Fusion light bars (headliner and rocker panel) on my 2015 Tahoe. All of the rest of the lights are Whelen. If you want a really clean...

    Service tire monitor system.

37 PSI is the recommended pressure if you're running the 17" Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires. I think the directions to re-callibrate the system are in the owner's manual.

    Check turn signal lamp.

I would check and see if someone put an LED bulb in to replace a burned out regular bulb. If the voltage drop isn't sufficient, it will trigger various turn signal lamp warnings. You might also check the trailer connector and make sure it's not damaged/wet/mud filled, etc.

    Brake recall issues

Ok -- final update on this one. After 45 friggin long days, Chevy finally figured out that there is a software glitch related to the vehicle VIN #. Pre-production units seem to have a different VIN than production units. Took 2 trips from the Engineer, tearing the whole interior (and a lot of...

    Brake recall issues

Just an update on this -- Chevy still has no resolution. Been without the beast for about 3 weeks now. They still can't figure out what blew up the brake system.

    Brake recall issues

All, Just took my 2015 Tahoe PPV in for the brake recall. After they reprogrammed the brake control module, it started throwing all sorts of error codes and has left the vehicle undrivable. Unless you're having the problems with the increased brake pedal pressure, you might want to hold off...

    PPV software

The PPV software is modified in 2 ways: (1) tuned for acceleration and overtaking; and (2) speed limiter removed. This applies to the 2015-20 version years. If you keep your foot out of it, it can get around 20 MPG on the highway. Start romping on it and your fuel mileage will drop...

    2015 PPV...6 speakers?

The 2015 Tahoe has 6 speakers: 2 in the dash (on top), 2 in the front doors and 2 in the rear doors. If your Tahoe came with option WX7, you'll need to remove the "Y" cable under the dash to get all 6 to work with the radio. This just unplugs and then you can plug the 2 connectors in the...

Two spot lights or no spotlights?

I agree -- just get rid of the spotlights all together. My '15 came with both spotlights. Big loss on passenger side since you lose the convenience grab handle on the A pillar. I'm waiting to get mine into the shop now to close up the holes.
