I for one despise console shifters. They take up valuable room for cups, phone, storage bin, etc. You touch the shifter so little, I prefer the buttons or a column shifter over putting it in the console. Keep it out of the high traffic areas.
@Lancecc1 This is definitely the way to upgrade. Great plan and you're right--I'm surprised no one else thought of this.
How long did the install take?
Where did you mount the remote level control knob?
I have a Yukon XL Denali. Besides dealing with ANC would there be any other differences...
I'm curious how the device is set up. I see that it has USB and HDMI. So is it possible to use both at the same time? As in, could I use the USB connection to take over the infotainment screen, control the video selection from the front seat and output the video to the rear screens via HDMI?
I've never had great luck with LEDs. Everyone advertises they will last so much longer, but I keep finding that I'm replacing LED bulbs around my house just as often as the cheap incandescent.
Sorry for the off topic reply. Hopefully that is an easy fix. I have the powered running boards...
That sucks. I'd ask them to extend your prepaid subscriptions at minimum all the months you couldn't use it.
That said, don't get discouraged. SC is, IMO, the best system out there. You'll be glad you have it once it is working for you. Its my favorite feature on ours.
I got new fasteners for the front set. Reused the fasteners in the rear set.
The kits also come with a tiny piece of ppf to protect the area where the mud flap overlaps paint. Nice touch from WeatherTech.
Seems like there are quite a few people reporting this issue. If you’re unaware, this thread may be a clue.

I’ll never understand why people choose to live in places where this is a concern.
Back on topic, I guess you wouldn’t be able to remote start if the fuel pump is disabled.
Is there a way to interrupt the transmission push buttons? If they can’t shift out of park, it would accomplish the...
I am using these on my XL denali diesel with power running boards.

Install was easy peasy and they have been doing a great job of keeping the paint protected. Not...
Agreed. Ours doesn't have any of those issues. No play in the seat and running boards deploy every time a door is opened. Might try toggling the running board settings in the infotainment system, but I'd probably start with a 10mm hard reset. I think you'll have to have the seat fixed under...
I was actually considering doing both the magnetic adapters with a right angle. In an ideal world, GM would have designed the RSE with a decent OS that had an established app store available. If I could get a few more streaming apps, I wouldn't need a Roku and then wouldn't have to deal with...
I'm super paranoid that as soon as I plug anything into the HDMI ports or USB-C port, that one of my kids will accidentally kick/step on it and damage the built in connector. Has anyone found a bullet proof option for the terrible location of these ports? I have a second row bench so that is...
I'm not sure on the Chevy. I don't see anywhere for the bowtie on it. May call and inquire if you're seriously interested.
I've been eyeballing the Yukon black grill which looks like it would accept the GMC logo...
Denali+Diesel+2nd row bench=unicorn
I know this all too well as that is what I was after.
I only came across a few during the 2 years I was waiting for mine to be built. They were always pre-sold and never managed to get a dropped order. Calling Laura Buick GMC was what turned the tide for me...
We just traded up from an ‘09 Tahoe LTZ to a ‘23 Yukon Denali and I was underwhelmed by the noise improvement. I should have done a decibel reading before we sold it, but from memory it was not a night and day improvement.
