I will assume its because I did not put the keys back in right. How will I know? Is there a certain way they go back in? It should be as easy as taking the bars back out and just re indexing the keys right?

punkyyou007 did you adjust your tie rod ends before going to the alignment shop to get your wheels pointing straight?

for tie rods easy
measure front of front tire from center to center lets say 50 inches
measure rear of front tire from center to center lest say 51 inches

move both tie rods out 1/2 inch per side that will get you at least going to the shop.

Is there a way for me to figure out where my keys should be?

I will assume that since my bolts are almost all the way out and I am still to high that I need to turn the keys them self up one.

able to hear voice mail but out of battery juice right now.

you said your one key the bolt is fully backed out thats fine now on other side you said the shop fully put the bolt back in. Unloosen that bolt all the way out like you have on the other side.

WIth both bolts backed out it should sit lower. If one side is fully bolted up it will in turn also lift the other side up.
