Just spit-balling on this, but here's a few possibles to check out.
1-Improperly balanced tire.
2-Problem with the tire itself..possible separated chords within the tire(swap with one of your other tires to test)
3- Bad hub bearing

I'm curious though.... how do you know it's the drivers tire doing it? You driving like Ace Ventura?? lol

Dumb question for you but gotta ask anyways, are you sure all the lugnuts are tight and the rim is sitting square against the hub?

How about checking the upper and lower ball joints? Mine use to cause a problem / wobble around 55-60 mph and would go away below or above that speed. Just a thought and easy enough to check.

I have the same problem with my 2002 yukon. wobbles at 45 and feels like the front end will fall off at 75. Checked shocks, bearings, pitman arms, all suspension. Bought new tires, had front end aligned. Drives like crap! I can't figure it out. It also "grabs" the road and yanks u into groves. Not fun to drive. The only thing I can say is that I have 18" rims and wider tires. 285-60-18. This may contribute, but the wobble at 45 and 75 is not cool. Not comfortable letting my teens drive the car. I know this doesn't help, but maybe somebody will have an idea....
