Hello all, posting this for a good friend who has an '02 ESKY.

Drivers Seat Heater is not working, bottom cushion as well as backrest. Switch seems to work as the light comes on but no heat. Passenger side works well, both bottom as well as backrest.

Is there a relay? Do drivers side and pass side work on different fuses or same fuses?
Did anyone have both the bottom AND back heat pad go bad at same time?

Any help in regards to trouble shooting would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I have the same problem as your buddy does, my '02 denali drivers seat heater hasn't worked since I bought the truck 7 years ago. Light comes on but no heat on either the back or butt pad but the passenger seat works fine!! I went and bought both pads just recently within the month and replaced them and the seat heaters still don't work! Haven't had time or the desire to diagnose it since due to working a ton as well as not wanting to freeze my butt off outside working on it but hoping to do some more to it soon so I can hopefully use it before the winter is over! If I make some progress, I will certainly post up my results!

Many thanks Chris, greatly appreciated.

My buddy dug into wire schematics last night. Found-out there is a Seat Heater Controller under the seat (Like a mini computer). Starting to think that may be the culprit?

Maybe somebody else comes through who experienced a similar issue/fix?

Thanks.
