Ok i have a 96 and I got a check engine light and it said o2 sensor low voltage I changed it and I'm still getting the check engine light

Cleared it after I changed it and came back twice and I'll have to get back you on the code I think it might have been 1507 or something like that

Im getting a p0141 code. Should I just get a new 02 sensor or should I check something else first?
