To piggyback off this question...I had the Bank 1 Sensor 2 replaced on my 2013 Tahoe. My mechanic said the sensors should be replaced in pairs. The scan from a chain auto parts store and the mechanic's scanner said the Bank 1 Sensor 2 needed to be replaced. The vehicle runs and idles smooth again. What do you think?

IMO, I would replace all 4 at the same time. Especially anytime after 150k miles.

Isnt bank 1&2 sensor 2 after the cats? If they are then they do NOTHING concerning your fuel to air mixture control. They serve no purpose other than to tell you that your cats are bad or are near bad. Its your pre cat sensors that control your fuel to air mixture by supplying your PCM with 02 readings.
