02 Tahoe LS brake line size

How's it going yall I'm Jerry.jus picked up a 2002 Tahoe LS 4WD 5.3 v8 about a month ago.loving the truck so far but a few days ago I blew either the hose or the brake line out of the front left side .its leaking decently n my brake pedal is so bad to the point I have to slam my foot to the floor to get it to stop.all the other brakes is fine . Any idea if someone knows the size n recommended type of brake line or hose so I can drive my truck again . Not really experienced in brakes etc .thanks

You definitely need to get that fixed and should not be driving it in that condition. You will need to repair that broken line, refill the brake fluid and then bleed the brake calipers one at at time. Start at the Passenger Rear, then Driver Rear, then Passenger Front and finally Driver Front.
