Hey guys...new here and needed some help with an engine code that came up on my Tahoe. Code is a P0080 and says it's an Exhaust Valve Control Solenoid Circuit High. Anyone know the correct part for this because my local parts store and Chevy can't help me with it. I can't even find a fiche finder to help me locate where it is. Any help is appreciated!

Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Control Valve Solenoid, I think there is a left & right side, hard to narrow down a part you could probably dig up the part number from the parts department at your local dealer when you provide them the last 8 of your vin, then you just need to figure out if its a left or right side, there's is probably another code with p0080. I only had that problem once on my 2000 the dealer replaced it and never had a problem again with it.

That's a code for variable valve timing VVT in Gen4 motors, not factory equipped on a 2002 Tahoe which has a Gen3. VVT wasnt introduced in GM trucks til after 2006/2007 with the new body style.
