04 Yukon lurches forward on startup

My 04 Yukon lurches forward on startup 9x% of the time and has a delayed 1-2 shift. Would that be something simple or a tq converter ?

Mine does this on occasion also. Probably once out of everything 30 starts, but only happens when its a cold start.

Probably worn out clutch packs

Mine does it say 3-4 times out of 5 cold starts. It has 142k on it now had 140 when I bought it and it was obvious it had a full 100k service along with the trans. I've been changing it a drain at a time; I'll change the filter this next time as I've ran 10 qts. through it.
