Did you make a harness or use a factory harness? I wonder if a relay might be sticking. Try swapping the relays around.

I'm using the Nelson harness and its identical to the blackbear Harness. I have both and have switched the relays around just for fun and same problem. I want to take the truck to a shop, but it's hard to explain to guys who only see what the shop manual tells them. I did find one guy to test the harness and he confirmed the computer is grounding the relay with ignition in run position. I can't figure out why its signaling it regardless of temp.

And you said you even swapped PCMs already too? I am clueless then.
