05 esky super low miles

I'm think I'm not seeing what y'all are. I see the fabric on the shade is detaching, but that's fairly common with age. Maybe it's cuz I'm seeing the pics on a laptop screen?

There’s water stains on the corners of the shade piece.

I have a 03 AWD Esky SWB with 45,809 currently showing. Owned it 9 years. Purchased from a local Benz dealer in 2010 with 21,000 on it. After what that Houston dealer is asking for that one, I may consider selling it
