05 tahoe rear end problem?

Ok so I was driving from school today in my 05 LT Tahoe and I noticed when I would accelerate the rear end would pull the the right, and then I got close to home and the rear end started to like "skip" or "jump". Kinda felt like something was getting jammed and coming loose which would cause the "jump". And it feels as if it's happening on both rear sides like I can feel it in the wheel. vid clip is not working. but your description sounds like a bad rear end gear.
