So when they push that cylinder in are they able to reach in that hole and toggle the lock? Is that how they do it? So a plate holding the lock in place prevents them from getting in the hole? the lock cylinder is just clipped into a plastic holder (on the backside of the door handle), so when they "pop" the lock cylinder it breaks the plastic holder and then they just turn it and unlock the door just like it would with a key, because the lock is attached to the rod. fixing it requires a new door handle.So when they push that cylinder in are they able to reach in that hole and toggle the lock?
