All these buttons don't work on the drivers side door panel. When attempting to turn on the seated heats, I hear a clicking sound and the light turns on and off quickly. Any ideas what to check for?

Check the ground wires that connect to the body mount bracket under the driver's side. It is in line with the front door hinge behind the rocker panel. Clean wire connectors, bolt and contact area on the chassis with a wire brush. Put back together and make sure the connection secure.

If still acting weird...

You can pull the switches and check wires to see if you are getting proper voltage to the appropriate connector pins on the connector plugs.

One of your seat heater elements is bad. Very likely the driver's side since it sees the most wear and tear. If the heater element is broken, you will get the symptoms you described above. Mine was doing the same and it was the driver's side that was broken.
