Tie rods on these wear heavily after alot of miles at the outer where mounted at the steering knuckle. Take a big set of pliars and squeeze from top of joint to its stud while assembled. Youll see the excessive movement. The inner tie rod wears at its ball joint where the long rod enters the boot. Move that tire in and out and you will literally see the inner tie rod long rod move in and out of its ball joint. This wear causes the tie rod to be longer than when it was adjusted during an alignment which cause toe out on that tire after all the wear. Worn idler arm typically causes right pull. Worn out idler can be seen when someone is move passenger side tire in and out and the idler will jump up and down excessively. Pitman arm can be checked for excessive play at the relay rod joint. Squeeze with pliars just like checking an outer tie rod ball joint.
Dust seal is missing above pitman arm at steering gear output shaft.
