Ok, the mother-in-laws oil pressure is pegged at 80 psi. When I turn the key to run position the gauge peggs at the high end before the car is even started. Then when I start it, it stays at the same place, never moves. Any ideas? I'm thinking it's a bad cluster? When it is in accessory position the gauge goes to zero.

sounds like a bad sending unit. how are the oil levels? Any unusual noises from the engine?

motor sounds fine, and changed the oil again to make sure it was the correct weight. Where would the sender be on a 6.0 2006? I guess I could unplug the sender and see if that does anything.

I got back there last night and unpluged it and the gauge went to zero. So I assume that is it.
