Any update on replacing the bulbs and light output?

I pulled the bumper and replaced the bulbs late last night while it was in the garage. I'll get it out tonight and check light output

Agreed, I really don't like how the projector style puts the light down the road. I guess I'm just not used to it, having that distinct cut-off line across the top

Any update on replacing the bulbs and light output?

Output is brighter with the Silverstar Ultra bulbs, but there's a small area on each side near the top edge bulb centers that are a bit bluish grey color instead of white like the rest of the area.

Finally managed to grab a shot of the headlamps at night w/ PIAA 5k bulbs with a blue tint. You have to look beyond the wiper blade as the flash in the phone would not disable.

The light is more confined w/ these headlights but absolutely needs the silverstars output to maximize the the design of the projectors. This pic taken from the drivers seat lights up the top two feet of a tree’s stump about 150ft away.

Not impressive, but better than the output of the OE housings.

Hey just wanted to know how these headlights have held up over the past couple months for you guys that bought them? One of my headlights has bad condensation in it, and I've been looking for an excuse to buy these since I made this thread in March.

I have a summit White Yukon XL Denali and I think the chrome headlights would look better than black on mine.

Mine's held up fine. No moisture or anything, even after the many carwashes they've seen (about once a week, sometimes twice).

I put the Sealight LED in my pass. side to check it out...OK Its good.

Now I have to put it in the drivers side....ugh replacing the Drives side Light is a BIAAATCH....

I find it easier just to pull the whole front fascia. Like 7 bolts across top, 2 underneath, and 2 in each wheel well.

I'm here for the one year update. How they doing? My finger is on the trigger to get a set.

EDIT: If I wanna upgrade to LED, I need one each of H1, H7, 4157 and 194 per side. Correct?
