07 steering noise

Hey guys I was on vacation and had my mother in law watch the house and burban. She dropped us off at the airport and called later saying the truck made a weird house when turning from the steering wheel.

I just got back and took it for a ride. I didn't notice much different in wheel play and possibly heard a slight surging or gurgle when I made one left turn. Drove for another half hour and nothing else.

Truck has 79k on it. Anything to worry about ?

I would recommend double checking all the fluid levels to make sure they are okay. If you still feel that there is a concern I would recommend to go to the dealership, and have a service tech ride with you to see if there is a concern.
