Haha that's awesome. I like it for the throaty lumpy rumpity rhythm and deep tone, but also because it's not what you expect coming from the tail of a longroof grocery getter.

Did you lose a lot of bottom end torque with this set up???

Overall, I really like it. SOME low end loss is normal, although to me its minimal. Additionally, there are ways to compensate for low end performance for example new gears, a proper tune.

That's too bad. It's tough to validate that a performance part actually contributed to getting from A to B quicker and faster without such testing. During my racing years I learned that some things that make the car "feel" faster did not nothing or actually slowed us down. Much of the business at my old speed shop was taking off all the garbage that had been sold to my customers prior and in doing so made them faster.

Understandable, the camshaft I went with comes with a dyno sheet from BTR Racing claiming an overall gain of 66 HP. Whether that number has been fudged or not I can't say, But I can tell you what happens when I hit 3000 RPM...
