Pick up my truck. Runs good but come to a stop it has a slight. Stutter Told to drive around for a while let clear out.

If you have access to scantool, you could get a good idea of what's going on.

When I did my heads, I got a bad stumble and even a code for the 02 sensor. I had inadvertently contaminated the 02 sensor with gasket kleen. I was about to swap it out when it started to improve. Heat eventually burned off the contamination and the sensor started switching normally.

Your issue is likely different, but with the scantool I was able to monitor engine parameters and see the problem.
