Update: Dealer says oil pressure dropping to 20 psi is totally normal. And the tick is from the exhaust manifol . No issues there, they also told me that I have a blown head gasket and its gonna be $1,700 to fix. I may just part the thing out.
Time to YouTube how to replace a head gasket. It’s not super difficult and wouldn’t cost much in parts. The dealer is charging you $150 per hour labor.

It won't cost anywhere near that much if you do it yourself.

I’m with Mark and James. At least consider tackling the job of changing your head gasket yourself.

It’s hard to tell what we’re looking at- where is that bolt located? Are you doing this yourself or is it at the dealer? Did it snap off? Has a bolt extractor been tried? Better pics would help. Don’t give up yet, it might be possible to fix this.

It's at the dealer, they've tried everything and now they are saying I need a motor. Someone did the head gasket before and they are saying that they broke the bolt off in the block. Do u guys know where I can get a a motor from for less than $1600? The 8th digit of the vin is 0.

Before I would say get a different motor, please give a better explanation about where this broken bolt is located in your block.

It is very possible that a competent mechanic or machinist can extract the bolt and save the block. I have seen many a bolt get broken off in some rather pricey parts that have been able to be successfully extracted.

Man, I'm biting my tongue. Right now one could feel like a dentist -- this is like pulling teeth!

Since you might be looking for a little help, or not, why not clue us in to where the head gasket was leaking? How about a picture that puts things into perspective and maybe draw an arrow or circle on the picture? Lots of places a head gasket can leak....
