07 Tahoe lumbar support replacement

07 Tahoe LT, heated driver seat with memory.
Lumbar support cracked and one motor developed the infamous broken plastic gears chatter.
Total cost - $320 through Tasca automotive. $44 was shipping, the rest was part plus tax.
Total time is about 30 min, took me longer as I also tried to shoot a video of it. Video came out not the best, but still, it might help some.

Sorry for hectic video and shaking hands. At 67.5 they are not as sturdy as they used to be and I do not have tripod. But you get the idea on replacement.
