07 tahoe Whining noises

I have a 07 Tahoe LT. Its making a whining noise when accelerating but only when i first start it. After driving for a couple blocks and I make a complete stop, it goes away. I thought it was the belt being worn, but its not. The sounds comes from the hood almost in-front of the steering wheel. not sure if its under the truck or hood. Sound gets louder the more i accelerate. I haven't tested reeving completely stopped but Ill update after i do. Any info helps thanks

Check your power steering fluid level, but really it could be anything that is spinning with the engine.
Stethoscope to pinpoint noise, or post a video!
