I'll try and keep it short. Looks as though the PO of my Yukon had a salt water boat. The compressor was, no joke, falling apart and not working. I ordered a new unit and installed today. No dice, still not working. There are not codes showing, before or after. I am wondering if the PO did something to bypass the autoride unit because trading it in, to keep from having to replace it. I checked Fuse 61. When I pulled it, stability track warnings came on (did I pull the correct fuse). Put it back in and everything went normal again.

I have spent hours sifting though threads with no good info that help in my situation. Any pointers on things to check would be a huge help. Its almost racing season and I got bikes to tow :)

Start looking at the connections for the sensor in the suspension.

He may have installed resistors to fool the system.

Am I correct that 61 is the compressor fuse?

Check wire connector on the air compressor. If he went deep in water to catch boat maybe salt water did some damages to the wires

That's what I'm thinking. Either the harness/plug or the fuse.

Even when if convert the shocks to a passive setup the leveling part of the suspension still works. Bypassing auto-ride only affects the electrical to the individual shocks to trick the computer into thinking the shocks are responding.

If the previous owner was backing the truck into salt water all the time I cringe to think what the underside of the truck looks like. At the very least I'd make sure the spare tire winch works as salt really messes with it.
