It's probably because when I did the first vid the burb was stone cold. For the second vid there was most likely condensation in the pipes that was getting blown out. Know what I mean? Also, when cutting the resonator off I used a grinder and cut off wheel. Not sure what that heat and will do with regards to also build up condensation.
Thats perfect. Any smaller of a muffler and your going to get a lot of drone. Keep in mind, it will get a tad louder because the muffler hasnt broken in yet.
I was worried about that too but they aren't going anywhere. It's pretty tight with just enough give not to cause any damage. Also, that panel above that is very flexible so breaking or cracking would be very unlikely

Haha!!! We'd just come over from across the street looking at baby rabbits in my neighbors yard. We don't talk to them much so he considers them 'new'
sounds alot like ours does...i'll make a video one of these days if the wife brings the thing back home and lets it sit here long enough for me to do it...
Lookin good Burb. Was wondering if the magnaflow and tips were an urban legend with you. lol. Nice to see you got it in. Any pics of how it looks underneath by the muffler? How much smaller is it than stock? Is that resonator only on the nnbs suvs. Mine doesnt have one. Thinking about just adding a tip.
