How is it riding on those 8's? Looks like turning if rough.

it rides like a cadillac :)

we had to modify a few things in the front, but beleive it or not we have full turning radius now.

Time to do the brakes. That thing has to be a ***** to stop. GM OEM brakes are garbage even with the 20's

thanks NY tahoe. i will agree. i started with 26's on the NNBS and to me they looked great, but never filled the gap..maybe with a 3/4 drop they would be perfect.

however with the 28's and a 2/2 or 2/3 drop , its fits for the combination and doesnt look TOO over done...i get compliments all the time even with how big the wheels are and not all people like much bigger than 24 and 26....

braking is not THAT bad...however with a 6 batteries, 4 amps, and 4 15's and the wheels it does not stop at all like stock..will be upgrading to big brakes very shortly..its next on the list..and something to fill the some of the wheel up on the inside.

thanks for the compliments guys!

haha, ya me and a buddy were talking about the other day..not like my z06 brakes that fill up the whole damn inside..he was like man they are still gonna look small haha, with a 28" wheel you would need 22" brakes to make it look LARGE.

but i completely understand what your saying.

hell ya man! thanks for all the advice! great help!!

i ended up going with the spindle up front due to air ride. and a 2" drop coil in the back.

reason i didn't go with with 3" was because i have a large large stereo ssytem in the back that alone weighs the back down. so its really the same as a 2/3 drop.

thanks man!
mine are going to be up for sale..got some mht 2 piece forged coming in soon.

i went with drop spindles up front..was really the best way with the air ride system. i wanted to do drop struts. but it was out of question with the air ride.

heres what the new wheels are going to be coming in looking like.

28" of course
