08 hyhoe popping/rocking front power seats

Hey all,

Just got into an 08 hybrid and am thoroughly enjoying it.

Besides the blanking nav screen I have a problem with the seats rocking during stop/acceleration. I've done several searches but only come up with older models and sliding problems.

Has anyone dealt with this problem? Feels like the seat bottom rocks when you stop then happens again when you take off.

Here's a video of the seat bottom problem, you can see where the bottom frame is moving. Peeled the leather back and tightened the bolt, didn't help.
