this is the problem with their rear kits it doesnt lower as much as stated and ride left something to be desired so i no longer sell/deal with them.

you can cut the springs if you wanted a little more

you said you didnt have shock extenders. Well as many will tell you here this kit here i sell will sit lower and due to it haveing dead coils you can cut without any change in ride.

How can the coils be cut if they have the smaller wound coil on both the top and bottom? Wouldn't there be a risk of it popping out of place? I know it's under alot of pressure in there but couldnt it possibly fall out of place during an extreme suspension flex?

fire730 That's what I just realized on the springs and I wouldn't want to risk cutting into the coil.

NORCAL would your kit settle to the true 5 inch drop of just the 3-4 inch drop like your site states?

Nope with the shorter shocks and cut loop off the top in over 12 years of doing these trucks no issue. you only cut off the top and use the rubber isolator and you will be fine. when tires come off the ground there is still so much sling tension there that nothing will happen. the belltech kit with no spaces i sell cut will get you one inch easy plus due to the design with dead coils no ride change. you will need shock extenders though so the 250 KIT is the best route to go unless you do the trailblazer coils that will sit it down 7/8 more than what you have now
