Mgyver1,

I am sorry to hear that your dealership was unable to fix the vehicle. I would like to set up a case for you regarding this. Could you please message me your full name, address, VIN, current mileage and phone number?

ryanls1,

Please let me know if your dealership fixed your issue.

Thank you,

Elizabeth GM Customer Service

Well i just got my tahoe back from the dealer today and everything seems to be fixed. The charged me 1.5 hours labor to do a computer re program. From everything i told them about my research as well as them talking to other gm dealers their solution was the computer. The mechanic said that he bets that if you start all the trucks on a lot that 1/4 of them will make that noise. I guess this is a some what known but unspoken problem with these trucks. I just wish i could have got gm to pay for 1.5 hours. Hope this helps anyone else having this problem
