Like JennaBear said, a cam and headers go hand in hand. The cathedral port heads on most of these motors flow very well. Dod can be retained and make good power. performancetruck.net has plenty of info on this.

A cam that would not begin to run without a tune + headers would still not even come close to 100 HP. Trust an old guy who has done this too many times to count.

That dyno graph seems sketchy to me. It has TQ- 1,2,3,4 but HP-1,3,3,4... granted I have not seen more than 6 or 7 graphs but this looks odd to me.
