Hey guys finally got my subwoofer and box in today and installed it. Figured I'd post some pictures if any of you guys decided to go the same route.
So I recently purchased the truck for my DD and decided I wanted a system.
I wanted to take one of the third row seats out and keep the one in for an extra passenger being that I have the second row buckets. I searched online for box ideas and ran across netaudio in Texas, they had a pretty neat idea that allowed you to keep the complete third row https://www.netaudiowf.com/store/product-category/gmc/gmc-yukon-gmc/ .
I emailed them and spoke with Paul and asked about customizing it and he said it would be no problem being that their boxes are made to order.
So I basically got him to cut it in half for one 12" and run a straight speaker wire with no terminal.
I think it turned out great and thought I would share it. This is the sealed 12", I also ordered a ported Box but I'll run this sealed one for awhile.
Side note. Though I love my box, I was not happy with the 6 weeks I had to wait. They told me when I ordered that they were busy and it would take more likely three weeks to make. Then he had some employees take vacation while they were busy. So if you do order it make sure you ask for an accurate ETA or be prepared to wait.
If the pictures don't show up let me know and I'll try to add them another way. Sorry about the long post!
