I recently purchased a '13 SSV in excellent condition with only 85k miles.. I've had about 3months and twice during this time it has decided to give me fits. I turn the key off, everything seems to die electrically but the engine continues to run. Even when the key is pulled out. I have to re-insert the key, turn to the on position, put gear shift into gear and then turn key off to kill the engine. After doing so the check engine light remains on until I unhook the battery. This only last for short time then everything is back to normal. I have taken it to mechanics and 3 different dealers and they are unable to figure it out. The only thing they say is that it is not ignition related.
Has anyone else had this problem with their SSV/PPV?
