15+ Bow tie on NNBS Tahoe

The gold paint on my front bow tie is chipping off pretty badly, so finally got the push I needed to upgrade the emblems.

Has anyone tried to swap their Chevy bow tie for the newer model one? I just like the look better and there are more options for an illuminated one that way as well.

I have both 2008 and 2019, I know for a fact the bowties mount differently, may have a different contour. I can take a look tomorow. I swapped my 2019 to black bowties, still have the gold ones and can see how far off it is.
