1999 Escalade: Intermittent Power Windows & Radio Issue

I just got a 99' Escalade with 212k for $2500. It drives great. No paint fade. I'm loving it to death.

Except for one thing.

Sometimes when I start it up the radio and power windows will not work. I will drive it down the road for a few miles and then the radio will turn on. But if I press on one of the power windows, it shuts right off. It will also shut off after a few minutes and then turn back on after a few miles.

I'm wondering if there is something going with the fuse box, fuses or wires. Has anyone experienced anything like this? It would be a great help if I could tackle this before the next storm. Oh... apparently the a/c does the same thing at times as well.

my radio will cut out if i try to roll down the passenger window from the passenger side..but no problems if i roll it down from the drivers side..no idea why

almost sounds like you have power issues. when the system senses low voltage it doesnt allow luxury items to work like radio windows and lights. but i cant confirm that on or trucks.
