1999 Tahoe (old style) power door lock problem

Ferg. If some of them work and some don't it is very likely they are wearing out or you linkages are binding.

Similar problem. I don't even hear a click though. The lock button, on any door, does nothing. Also my key fob won't always unlock the driver's side door....you know the one that's important. Fuses are good, any info or ideas would be great.

reprogram your fob or the receiver is dead.

Beast, 2 or 4 door?

4-door, all the other doors unlock, everytime, it's the driver's door that is intermittent. And the switch on both the drivers and passenger door don't work either.

those switches don' work at all or just for the drive door lock?

None of the lock switches work. Typically it's just me in there so it doesn't matter, but sometimes it's the little things that bug you most

Same problem

I'm having the same problem with my 98 Tahoe 4 door.. I use my remote to lock and unlock the doors without a problem, but not a single door lock switch does anything, no clicks, no nothing
