Mine is fine on smooth roads and I have changed all the components you mentioned, but does it give a hard jolt when changing surfaces? I've put nearly 10k miles on mine in that time with no change.
I wouldn't call it a hard jolt, it is noticble but not too bad. I did drop my tire pressure to 30 psi and that seems to have helped some also.

I think that would help me as well, but I don't want to cause uneven wear on my A/T tires. I'm thinking the tire has a lot to do with the harshness...and my brake pedal shaking makes it seem even worse.

Take a look @ the things that I suggested to fix this. Apparently it worked for David Paul

Thanks for taking the time to respond, but it's not in the steering. Nearly every piece of the front suspension and steering has been replaced within the past year. I think there are just some rough roads that I happen to drive over more often than the average bear. Driving on 95 today I only hit one spot that was the rough jolt I'm accustomed to driving over around Myrtle Beach

have you tightened your steering rack and tightened the adjustment screw in the steering wheel column?

What is your alignment settings? Do you have a printout? I'd consider a steering damper and see if that helps as well.

I haven't tightened the adjustment screw in the column, but I had a new gearbox put in last November and am getting an alignment tomorrow. I have purchased a steering damper, but don't have a mounting bracket yet.

As suggested by TheAutumnWind, I did the steering box adjustment and steering damper at the same time so I'm not sure which helped the most.
Gitr007's suggestion of replacing the pitman arm also helped a great deal. All of the other steering components had already been replaced.....
