Comes with BOTH head rests as pictured. One is the master screen with the dvd player built into it and the other is the slave that connects to it and can play what's on the master screen. Comes with black and tan covers for whichever color interior you have. Also comes with the remote and extra longer wiring to connect to a screen up front (usually sold separately but included here free). Pictured in the original boxes of actual products being sold.
