2 door side window rust.

So a have a little rust spot going in the corner under the side glass. Has anyone had a similar experience or know the best way to fix it? I think water is getting trapped in the window gasket and causing rust.

The second picture is where I put some flowable silicone around the top of the window seal to try to keep moisture out it seemed to help for a little while.

I cant find anyone who wants to redo the window as they say they can't get the glass seal. Any suggestions are good.

check out my thread on rear quarter window replacement. FYI, the seal is actually part pf the glass. PPG replaced my whole glass/seal combo for $100.
