Already checked fuses they are good. When I turn knob to on position there is a click in the rear sounds like it comes from passenger side under roof panel. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a bad blend door actuator located under the rear passenger side wheel well cover. There are two of them back there and I believe the hot/cold actuator is the first one after the blower motor.
