We've had it since 16K, mid-2000, a recovered theft.

Moving on . . . when I replace our Yukon, I am planning on it being the longer version, as as to have more room when we are transporting our four cats and dog and whatever else between our Winter and Summer homes.

I'm looking at Chevy Suburban, Yukon XL and Escalade ESV.

Any suggestions . . . pluses and minuses?

We made it to Florida, pulling our new camping trailer, just fine. We stopped for gas more than we used to, but it was a pretty easy 1196 miles.

Since we were talking about doing maintenance items according to schedule . . . how many replace their cabin air filters every 15000 miles?

or, at any mileage?

;)

so . . . no

What keeps your cabin from getting stinky?

Nothing. Just GM cheaping out. There is a retrofit kit available from Dorman where you cut an access door into the trim under the glove box. I have one sitting in my garage.

I'm doing ours today. I can't wait to see what all's in there . . . after 17 years/225,000 miles.

The instructions say it's a 15 minute job. It takes that long just to make the coffee.
