So the noise just started and is present when the vehicle is turning even if the steering wheel is held steady through the turn, like if you were in a large parking lot driving in a circle, correct?

Does it act the same when turning both right and left or does turning one direction make it click more than the other?

Does it click if you are sitting still and turn the steering wheel from full left to full right and back again or is it only there when the vehicle is moving forward?
Does it even when sitting still regardless of which direction I turn the wheel

Interesting, to say the least.

So in your driveway, with the vehicle in park, you hear the clicking when you turn the wheel to the left and to the right. If you keep the wheels turned you still hear it? It goes away when the steering wheel returns to center?

If it does it in the driveway when you’re parked, might try and have a helper turn the wheel for you and see if you can pin point where the clicking is coming from.

My first guess would have been the steering pump but You said you originally thought it was the Power Steering Pump going out but that that wasn’t the case. Why do you say that? Did you have it replaced?
