I want to get a 3 inch front lift on my as of right now stock tahoe, would I be able to clear 33s or would I need to get a higher lift?

You should be good. I have my keys turned up and airlift bags in the rear running 285/70/17 . No trimming at all .May have to trim bumper or inner liner. Almost every lift I have installed on GM Trucks I would have to trim the bumper and inner liner plus maybe wheels.

These are 285/70r17s (33”). All I’ve done as far as a “lift” is concerned is turned my stock torsion keys up. That gave me about 1.25-1.5” in the front. Made it roughly level. Obviously I’ve made a custom bumper which allows for some additional clearance, but I believe they’ll clear regardless. Hope this helps.
