2002 z71 with upgrade factory stereo....will a 2005-2007 touch screen

I have a 2002 Z71 tahoe with the upgrade factory stereo system. i was wondering if a 2005-2007 touch screen nav/ radio would be compatible to my truck? also how much is a gps antenna and nav disk? also if it wouldn't work what would be my best/ cheapest bet for putting in a touch screen system to my truck?

it would be extremely tough to do and expensive. the 03 and up gm use class 2 and lan data systems. the radio is part of the data system in the newer trucks. why not go ddin aftermarket and mod you bezel? there is a ton of threads on here about how to do it. i would pick up a clarion nx 501 or nx 602.

ok awesome thanks alot for the advice. saved me some money. i was also wondering if there is a way to hardwire an ipod/ aux cord to my radio as of now? i have the stock upgrade stereo. single disk head unit
