Well I've started 6 or so times without issue today ugh lol.

Multimeter test key off 12.-12.6, key on 12.3-4 start up 10 (one time dropped to 6v) then 14.5

While your at harbor freight pickup a digital battery load tester. That voltage drop seems a bit excessive imho. Never had a battery last more than 3 years here in the desert. Heat kills batteries.

Had battery tested today and the result was good, ordered a Delphi fuel pump, ac Delco filter and new lock ring. Figure with 124k on the clock may as well. For $205 and lifetime warranty on pump ill take it

Yeah same exact thing happened in my 04 with 150k. Definitely a fuel pump. Died while going down the highway it's just an intermittent failure is all.

My 99' Tahoe died at 100k, engine would turn over, just wouldn't start, SITTING at the gas pump. Just got through pumping gas, tow guy took a hammer, laid on the ground beat the gas tank, that didn't help. Fuel pump dead as a door nail.

Pump in, got some gas and good as new! Returning the pump to Amazon, got the Delphi from autozone for $20 more plus $10 gift card. Figure the $20 would be worth it if I have to use the lifetime warranty.
