2003 Tahoe Transmission Interchange

I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe 5.3 4x4 with no reverse. I was wondering if someone can help me figure out if the only transmission that will fit is one from the same year? I have the option of getting a trans from a 2002 Suburban will it work? any help is greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure a suburban trans will work also I think all 2000-2006 trans interchange? Someone correct me if I'm wrong

If the burb has a 4l60e trans than yes it will fit. Is the burb a 4x4 as well?
