So we have replaced my Denali heater/AC "mode actuator" on the driver side so solve the output stuck on defrost.
I researched carefully and used this part# :
Second problem last week was the driver side power window controller. Been failing slowly for years. Finally driver side would not open.
Much research later, ordered this part# (which Amazon said would not fit 2003 Denali) and it dropped in, works like new. Hooked back up driver seat heater that was going on its own and solved that as others have reported. I decided not to remove the entire door panel and just break the front screw. It went back in fine with just the rear clip holding it. I have taken the old switch apart and cleaned all the circuits and graphite as a spare.
Here is the part#15883319 with ALL the supercides: (my OEM part# is 15186208 which I did NOT know until I pulled it)
When this was replaced, the front side wire connector was tricky to remove. But its all in and working fine!!!
