Yup. Pull the ABS fuse and it wont go into antilock until its replaced. The wheel speed sensors cant get "stuck". They are built into the wheel hub assembly and unserviceable. What can happen is the abs pump stays on and burns itself up. It is not rated for 100% duty cycle.

Wheel sensors are entirely serviceable. Replaced both of them two weeks ago. And pulling the fuse kills ABS completely. I ran with the fuse pulled for close to a year with no issues. Pump wasn't running. ABS pump works today.
The hubs are sealed units. Have a link or reference that shows a seperate part # for the sensors up front or a video link of them being changed?
