Yep, maybe if you save the receipt. Oh well. At least the original is working well again.

The OE AUTO HVAC module can take 4-5 hours to fully sleep; until then it may draw 60-90 mA or so. Mine fully sleeps in a little less than 2 hours.

Checked voltage first thing this morning just to verify the problem is gone. The battery did not lose any volts overnight. The tests were accurate. Batteries are holding.
I don't have a receipt on the Dorman purchase so not much hope of a refund or replacement. Just happy not to be dealing with the battery drain anymore.
I also questioned the accuracy of the Dorman unit. I always set the OEM HVAC to 72 in the winter and that was fine. The Dorman unit I had to set to 76 to feel the same temperature.
It was also much brighter in the dash, not terrible but did not look factory. Thanks for the consults helping find the solution.

Fless, I have the same color on my Yukon, mine has the 2016 GMC rims with 18" tires but looks very similar to yours. Great Color on these rigs.

I inserted an avatar with a 2010 Suburban on my trailer. It had the typical one cylinder dead due to a collapsed AFM lifter. Fixed it and sold it with all new lifters and all new AFM components. I should have shown a picture of my Yukon towing my sons Ford Excursion with the 7.3 Diesel. It needed FI repairs. But any photo with a GM towing a Ford is priceless. The damn EXCURSION was so heavy my triler fenders rubbed on the fenders burning the paint. Dang. It weights nearly 7,000 pounds empty but had a Mill in the back that weighed 2,000 pounds by itself. Needed a heavier trailer but got it moved and repaired. Still love it, GM towing a Ford is always a nice picture.l
