2003 Yukon XL interior noise

Hello everyone, I am new here. I just bought a 2003 Yukon XL that I love so far. I have started noticing this vibration/bass not sounding noise coming from the back when going over bumps. I think I have it tracked down to being the headliner. Anyone have this experience or have any suggestion? Thanks in advance!
